In the spirit of fair play I have decided that any LIBERAL that thinks it is ok to starve Terry Schiavo to death should have to take her place.

Since the liberals say they are in touch with the common man they should have no problem starving themselves to death for the betterment of man.

This simple plan will eliminate much of the “waste” of oxygen and precious resources.

So be a better person, Liberals, a few here,need to starve yourselves to death for a real progressive movement.

Just to clarify, according to her Doctors starvation for someone in her condition would actually be a very peaceful way to go.

Well, even the Supreme Court refused this one. Very sensible, seeing as all courts till them have also refused to side with her parents; refused to buy into the politicism of this case.

Let the poor woman just die in peace.

But it wont be 'in peace', but in total shame not only to herself, but for the entire country.

You still dont get it do you? How about this. Starve your dog to death and tell the local authorities what you are doing. We'll see you in 8-10 months if you are good.

Starving children in third world countries, including USA, and those who are in the final episode of life, due to illness and/or injury, are not equatable. I would never advocate starving healthy people. Unlike you, who seems to support all the budget cuts that bush and his death cult neocons are quietly slip-sliding through congress, while the country is distracted by Schiavo, Jackson, baseball steroids, and the like. In fact, those budget cuts will cut $billions from the working poor's ability to obtain food stamps and health care, of all goddamm things. Gee, then see who will be starving, if not to death, then into delayed development, but the children, including those in the womb, for whom the neocons are also cutting neonatal care. Amazing how all these compassionate NOT people come out of the woodwork for this one sorry case, while the rest of the country is going to hell in a handbasket.

But, let's not stop there....... after those who don't die get to go to school, let's cut the education budgets, then when the poor get so frustrated and hopeless, and deranged, let's give em guns to shoot up their schools.

Oh, but wait, there's more. Let's privatize the prisons, so when we house these poor slobs, the prison owners can get richer and richer.

Oh but wait, there's more....... while the neocon death cult is busy cutting all these budgets, let's cut the taxes for the wealthiest, let them get so fucking rich, and then they can buy more HDTV's, which some poor slob is making minimum wage, which they have also voted not to raise, builds those damn entertainment boxes. Let's call it a boost to the economy, and because the economy is so boosted, let's allow these neocons to vote themselves raises, so they can make more money and buy bigger HDTV's.

As for my personal experiences, I do not feel like sharing with the likes of you whipsy. Suffice it to say, it was his wish, and he died peacefully after a long and protracted illness. Kind of like Schiavo, I would think. Her husband would know, as court after court, judge after judge, and doctor after doctor have already determined. Everyone except all the compassionate NOT who are busy vilifying her husband, her doctors, and the judges. What a bunch of freakin' hypocrits you guys really are. You're all disgusting.

Now, are we allowed to brush off polls as "innacurate and patently flawed" as we have been told time and time again...Oh, and wasn't legislation banning gay marriage supported by a majority of the voters? At least in California, that proposition that bans gay marriage was passed by the people, and yet, in that case, you don't hear these people saying that since the majority supports it, it's right.

I have reached the point of FEELING SORRY for you dabe, the pain you miust live with daily is consuming you, please for the sake of your 11 children, born out of wedlock, so you can get more entitlements..welfare and the like.. get some help.

And this death was peaceful?I'm curious to know what her "first hand" experience entailed.I've seen starving people on programs like "Feed the Children" before, they don't look too happy.I think dabe's definition of peaceful means..."She can't scream."Thats quiet, dabe, not peaceful.

Dabe has no understanding of starvation, she get alot of money in food stamp programs, and just eats well, while her 11 children go hungry.

I think the Modman is correct in saying that we all agree that she's better off, overall, being let to die, but just not in this fashion.
