Latest polls (as flawed as they often are) seem to indicate Evangelicals are bailing ship. Tsk Tsk Tsk. 4 out of 5 pissed that
Government is getting into this matter.

People are catching up .. starting to see the HYPOCRISY!!!

Whats next: Big Government will tell us what underwear to put on (regulation tidey whities?) maybe even where to eat and
what class of people to associate with. What a joke

A nation that glorifies death and violence in ALL aspects of its national life
A nation obsessed with appearance and plastic surgery and youth
A nation that sees nothing wrong in condemning people for the color of their skin
A nation that lies to go to war ... triggering the murder of innocents in the name of "liberation"

NOW wants to save a brain dead woman who hasnt paid taxes or made any meaningful contribution in over 15 years.

I would give her a chance if this was a year after the accident ... but 15 years? You must be mad. The resources being
wasted in keeping her alive can find better uses.

Besides there are tons of people on this board (with nothing better to do) who should be EAGER to rush down to her
bedside to care for her ... without depleting tax payer resources.

Forget the blasted feeding tube ... pull the life support ... let her meet her maker!

Sorry, Baker, but yes, I disagree based on my values. And not just that, as I have said again and again, I went through this kind of thing with my father. I've seen it with my own two eyes and felt it with my own heart. Terri Schiavo is gone; what's left is a shadow. Let the rest of her go, too.

And don't lump me in with the libs, Modman. I normally support right-to-life, just not always in cases like these.

Well, even the Supreme Court refused this one. Very sensible, seeing as all courts till them have also refused to side with her parents; refused to buy into the politicism of this case.

Let the poor woman just die in peace.

As I said, work on that reading comprehension. The polls (plural) also showed that 60-70 percent said the Florida judge made the right decision.

As did the federal judge, the federal appeals court, & the SCOTUS (who stayed out of it).

By your 'logic' -- and I use that word very VERY loosely here -- all of them 'want Terri to starve.'
