from Ben affleck:"It’s hard for me to have a respect for a guy who never held a job until he was 40."
where as an actor is just such a difficult job right ben?

from Alec Baldwin:
I know that's a harsh thing to say, perhaps, but I believe that what happened in 2000 did as much damage to the pillars of democracy as terrorists did to the pillars of commerce in New York City."
speaking about the 2000 election, in which the supreme court in its infinite wisdom AWARDED THE ELECTION TO THE WINNER not the whiner!
from George Carlin:"I especially like those terrorist fellows in the Middle East who run around blowing themselves up along with other people; they strike me as interesting guys. And pretty soon they’ll graduate from simple explosives to more interesting and sophisticated things like germs and chemicals. That will really be fun. Especially for a guy like me who enjoys chaos and disorder."
OF course if the terrorist nuked his home he would be pissed and demanding protection.
from Cher:I don't like Bush. I don't trust him. I don't like his record. He's stupid. He's lazy."
and you are what some kind of genius cause you can sing a little?
"If you're black in this country, if you're a woman in this country, if you are any minority in this country at all, what could possibly possess you to vote Republican?"
because these woman have way more smarts than you do cher?
from johnny depp:America is dumb, it's like a dumb puppy that has big teeth that can bite and hurt you, aggressive."

"My daughter is four, my boy is one. I'd like them to see America as a toy, a broken toy. Investigate it a little, check it out, get this feeling and then get out."
This from a man that makes millions here in america and thinks the french are the height of culture.
from the Dixie chicks:Just so you know, we're ashamed the president of the United States is from Texas."
No more ashamed that you girls are american.
from eminem:"F--k money. I don't rap for dead presidents. I'd rather see the president dead. It's never been said, but I set precedents and the standards and they can't stand it. ... We as Americans. Us as a citizen. We've got to protect ourselves ..."

This is just a small sampling of the wit and wisdom of the celebrity left. I have created my own personal WHINE cellar, I started with the cheap inexpensive whines and will soon start to upgrade my whine list with more insightful, fruity and nutty full bodied whines.

I have more for you (taken from '100 People Who Are Screwing Up America Benard Goldberg):

Margaret Cho: "There is such a weird stranglehold on the liberal community where we're so afraid to speak" (said whilst she was speaking on national television)
Really? Y'all are afraid to speal? Cool! Now, STFU before I kick your ass. Was that scary enough for you?

Janeane Garofalo: The Republican Party, their message and their politics of exclusion and the titletd playing field appeals to the dumb and the mean. There is no shortage of dumb and mean people in this culture"
Yeah, like yourself. You have to be one of the dumbest, meanest celebrities in America. Plus, you're not even funny. Matter of fact, why are you a celebrity at all? I mean, what exactly do you do? Apart from piss and moan, I mean.

Hey, Elie, will you send me your mailing address? I think you'd really like this book. I'm done reading it, and it's just gathering dust on my shelf....so I'd like to send it to you....if you don't mind.
My email address is dharmagirl69@gmail.com, in case you lost it.

What really troubles me about people like this is how they are totally bling to the kind of fascists, they, themselves are. I think George Carlin is fairly sincere, and I wouldn't include him in this, but I think everyone else on that list, given the power, would shove their ideology down the throats of those who differ with them far more than the average Republican... probably far more than the average Pat Robertson bot...

perfect summation, another reason I am so disenchanted with the left, if a righty said this the left would go ballistic.

Well, since they all have cheese for brains, they have to whine, so they can have wine and cheese parties.  How else would the plastic people be happy?

Ah yes. Liberal tolerance at it's best.

I'm not going to try to defend these quotes, except for one:

from eminem:"F--k money. I don't rap for dead presidents. I'd rather see the president dead. It's never been said, but I set precedents and the standards and they can't stand it. ... We as Americans. Us as a citizen. We've got to protect ourselves ..."

Now, I assure you that Eminem is a brilliant lyricist. He's got a grasp on the english language that few can compete against--he's a poet like no other. I can also assure you that the Secret Service investigated this threat and found it to be "nothing to worry about." You see, "dead presidents" mean "money" (I'm sure you know this), which means he's rapping cause he loves it, not for the cash. The, in a bit of word-smithery, he flipped it to "president dead." Maybe not his best decision, but since when has the man cared about what others think of him?

See, there is a thing about being an artist and having artistic license. I mean, if some said this is a movie would you be up in arms about it? Probably not, because they are playing a character. Well, that's is what Eminem is, a character. He writes his raps in a way to pull in audiences, to get people to listen and talk about his work. I mean, he got more attention about his gay bashing lyrics than he ever does when he writes lovely songs about his daughter. It's playing to your consumer base and the man is nothing short of a marketing genius.

I don't understand the connection you are making. What does his quote about the president have to do with "dead vets"? (I will point out that the President is neither dead, nor a vet.)

Ok, well, look at the news. He does give it away. With out even searching I can tell you he forked over a chunk of his own cash for the Katrina victims, and in 2003 when the Station Fire killed 100 people in Rhode Island, he was there with monetary aid.

And for the record, I didn't submit it, he did. He penned the lyrics, I just took it from "rap-ese" and put it into english.
