Last nite while watching hannity and colmbs I witnessed another leftwing crazy,this time a teacher from the university of texas....

Again I had to be put tho the TORTURE of listening to this nut job whine and cry about "how this adminasration lied" have ya noticed when a lefty says "this adminastration" is sounds like someone cussing?.
When are they going to get over NOT finding wmd? how much longer will they pound this already crushed dead horse, till there is just a red stain left is my guess.

How come none of the left REMEMBERS kerry, kennedy, edwards, shrillery, saying "there is no doubt that saddam has weapons of mass destruction.

The left is not dumb in fact there are some brillant minds there... but do they all suffer from dementia?

this teacher of our youth has free reign to poison the minds of our children that are in his charge.

He {the teacher} is happy the war in Iraq is going badly...{his words not mine} and hopes we lose there..
What kind of american hopes we lose in a war???

Is this what the war protestor movement has degraded too? Not just being content with protesting the war, but accually wanting the united states to lose.

Altho I support and respect anyones right to protest the war.... an american wishing we lose is a traitor.

The left has a huge majority in colleges over 9 to 1 at last count....

this kind of sabatage by teachers must be stopped..

If this same teacher said "christ is my savior" he would be censored and distained.. but he gets away with this drival.... bashing and hoping america loses a war LOSES A WAR!!!

When will the left see that THEY ARE THE DIVIDERS OF THIS COUNTRY.. not the right.. we are the uniters.

The new stragity of the left is... if it makes us look good and it costs someone else the money we do it>
If bush supports it... we won't
If its not our idea it won't work
If its the rights idea ..it stinks.

I agree with a lot in this article, but I think the knee jerk reaction "if the (left/right) supports it, then I, as a member of the (right/left) hate it"

it's a problem with all of us -- we tend to look at the person writing or saying something as opposed to the actual content

for example, many people weren't happy with G.W.'s aid offers to SE Asia. I was very satisfied with his response, and I got the feeling that they were against G.W. because of who he was. on the same note, I've had plenty of people disagree with me here (and elsewhere) based solely on the fact that I'm a bit of a liberal (a bit? c'mon now --ed) -- even if I'm saying things that they could agree with.

Hoping the war "goes badly" means hoping Americans die. And that's almost, if not in fact, treason, IMO.

You realize that hannity and colmbs are paid to bring in the most whacked out of the mainstream individual they can find and present them as being in the mainstream of the left. They don't represent anyone but themselves any more than those espousing using nukes in the mid east represent the right.

What you fail to understand, and in his way, MM stated out of frustration, is that as long as the left does not repudiate these kooks, they will be associated with them. And hence they will not regain power as long as both the moderates and the right refiuse to 'trash America first and porpose solutions second'.

It is not like Hannity and Colmes need to look very hard or far to find the left wing kooks. And I am sure you can find a couple on the right, but after bashing Falwell and Roberston for the umpteenth time, people just zone you out.

A lot of us over here in leftie land think that most of Bush's first cabinet were right wing kooks. Especially Ashcroft. It remains to be seen how his new cabinet will be.

ANd the sad fact (for them) but good for the right is that they are not right wing kooks. At least not to the majority of Americans. So when the left rails and gnashes their teeth, they move farther and farther from the mainstream, and more permanently into the minority.

Well... I'd say gonzales is gonna be worse.. ignoring international law and the like.

Now, I have to say that the reason the young are liberal is they don't have money. They don't worry about taxes. Thats the sole reason.
