America has problems, but America is NOT THE PROBLEM!~

While I respect whip and her views, I cannot say that kicking puppies is something to "enjoy".

I do understand that whip is talking about humans, but I think and feel, we are all judged by how we treat the weakest of us, in life and on joeuser.

Now remember I was a huge bully at one time and really enjoyed picking on the least of us { as I perceived them to be}

I grew out of this {no I am not saying people that kick puppies are immature} SHIT HOW many disclaimers am I going to have to write here?

I try to look at myself and why I am here on joeuser instead of out living large.

Many of us here are broken one way or the other, either in mind , body or spirit.

I come here to see diverse opinions and to learn, learning is how I grow.

We all make mistakes and misjudgements of others, ALL OF US!

Forgivness is not for the person that offended us, but for ourselves.

Anger, rage, hatred, distain are all poisons that we swallow, hoping the other person dies.
The only harm all this does is to ourselves.

That's my OPINION and not a comdemnation of anyone here.

thanx mano, I live with the shame of how I was, but not how I am today.

Amen, Elie.  I fight like a cornered dog with my beliefs.  But in the end, I dont keep kicking a dead horse.  I may not like the way some people post, but I am not going to jump on them for it, or if they embellish the truth of their lives.

And for those thus handicapped as not to have full wits about them, I take pity on them and leave them alone.

I don't swallow my negativity, I make sure to spit it out! Better out than in! If someone happens to be in the line of fire.. better hope they duck and cover. ^^

me too helix, but when they are down I stop kicking, or when they offer no REAL threat I stop.

"Forgivness is not for the person that offended us, but for ourselves."

But you must also forgive the person who offended you first in order to forgive yourself.

Like I told Whip on her blog, as long as you can look at yourself in the mirror then kick away. However, be prepared to be bitten at some point!

As for myself I've always tried to hold that bite. My bark is worst than my bite and I'm just a teddy bear...until pushed.

I suppose we are all guilty of bignoting ourselves in the past, and if that is what some people need to do to get their jollies - whatever... live and let live...

good article.
