California Ballot Proposal

Forming their own Border Patrol

The People of California tired of all the Illegal aliens have decided to try and do something about it.

There is a ballot proposal going around now, asking that the state form its own border patrol.

We need 600,000 signatures to get this to the voters, I for one am sure this will pass, as californians are tired of the rampant crime here.

Even if it does pass, I am sure some idiot liberal activist judge will strike it down as being unconstitutional, time will tell.

I will keep you all informed about this as it develops.

I always thought Liberal Judges were disliked by I think Conservitives because they sometimes would pass things that go above the Constitution, and ConservitiveJudges are strict on anything no matter the situation.

nothing but allagation mano, that just happened to surface during the recall election and went away immediatly. arnold is a good govener and a good man that gave up 30 million a year to serve the people of california for a paltry 175, 000 salary.

always thought Liberal Judges were disliked by I think Conservitives because they sometimes would pass things that go above the Constitution, and ConservitiveJudges are strict on anything no matter the situation.

the liberal judges here in california have struck down to many laws passed by the people, the law in 1993 denying welfare and medical aid to ILLEGAL aliens passed by a whoping 65% and was struck down and just trecently another liberal activist judge struck down the california definition of marrage also passes by the people as unconstitutional. there is no mention of marrage and how it should appear in the constitution btw

slight update, since the inception of this proposed new action, Arnold is now being labeled a racist by the democrats. WHATS wrong with these people? Is there no low the democratic party will sink to?

liberal judges here in california have struck down to many laws passed by the people, the law in 1993 denying welfare and medical aid to ILLEGAL aliens passed by a whoping 65% and was struck down

Being as it is the duty of the Judiciary to UPHOLD the law of the land, these types of judges should be summarily removed from the bench. Shooting is of course optional. The key word in that is ILLEGAL aliens. That alone disqualifies these people from receiving any benefits from a common sense standpoint alone.

These judges not only defy the will of the people, (remember that catchy little line "of the people, by the people, and for the people?) but they also disregard the law in order to propogate their politics. This should not only be disqualification from the bench but also a prosecutable offense.

3, They are bereft of ideas, so what do you expect?

it's real difficult to get these "lifetime" appointies out of their positions
