America has problems, but America is NOT THE PROBLEM!~
If this happened what would you as a LIBERAL say?

We the jury in the above-entitled charges of violation of criminal code 187 of the state of California finds you guilty,

Since we have found you guilty of MURDER in the First degree, we sentence you to DEATH.

Death by slow starvation, all food will be withheld from you, all water and liquids denied, you will suffer a slow painful death.

Now I can see LIBERALS screaming their heads off, the a.c.l.u. Out in force, why is this any different than what’s happening to Terry Schiavo?

How about sentencing Scott Peterson to death by dismemberment and then drowning him?

Where do we stop now that Terry has in essence sentenced to death by starvation?

Because it is too quick.  Why dont those clowns argue cruel and unusual punishment?  The SC loves that one!

There is no "punishment" because she did not commit a crime. However, exploring that area of cruel and unusual, a question. Does the emergency room or hospital have to feed you if they make you wait, or are in their care. Basicalyy, is there a standard of care that the average citizen can expect from a hospital?

Feeding you because you are hungry is not the same as starving you to death.  Try that on your pet.  You will be arrested. But they can do that to a person?  Where is your humanity!

Kill her if you want, dont torture her!

Why? Are you advocating a lethal injection?  if not, forget it.  It is torture. Period

Same as I Moderateman.  Death by Starvation is not death with Dignity.

I did pick up on that doc, most the right seems to be argueing to not starve her, most the left just wants her to die. no matter how cruel. In touch with the common man, indeed!!
