America has problems, but America is NOT THE PROBLEM!~
so says SHRILLERY and the lunatic fringe.

Here we go, while watching that bastion of RIGHTWING news cnn, there she was in liver errrr living color, the former first girly, HILLERY {that thing will never touch my lips bill} CLINTON.

Starting off with” the Republicans has been trying to DESTROY social security for 60 years”, hmmmmmmm 60? Destroy? Hmmmmm

Sandwiching more lies and talking liberal head rhetoric before ending with.

“The republicans are out to get the middle class and destroy their retirement.”

What a gal, a real American heroine. Totally in line with American values. Knowing how difficult it is to make it from paycheck to paycheck.

If I hear one more LIBERAL multi millionaire say “I understand the common man” I am going to puke all over the nearest liberal I encounter.

Not arguing that Hillary has issues, but how is throwing social security out the window a bad thing? Maybe it's just me, but I'd like to think that I can figure out how to save my money for retirement better then the government can so stop taking a chunk of my paycheck for that purpose (not that i'm employed now, but that's besides the point).

it is just trying to throw more fear danny into older people, many of them rely on s.s. to survive.

Social Security was NEVER intended as a pension, it was a measly supplement only intended for people who actually lived long enough to collect. Roosevelt hisself (intended, I am from West Virginia) considered the same program President Bush is pushing, allowing citizens to invest a portion in the market. If people are so myopic as to rely on Social Security to sustain their waning days, then I want no part of it. Honestly, who from 24-40 ever considered Social Security when they thought of retiring? If you answered yes, beware for I will hunt you down and collect my portion in any way I see fit. You didn't earn my money and I didn't yours. I'm sorry, I don't believe in forced charity.

I guess Miss Hillary still feels slighted for the overwhelming rejection of her attempt to steal the entire healthcare system.

I'm sorry, I don't believe in forced charity.

What gets me is how many democrats consider government charity the only "real" way to "help the poor". Apparently, if it we would rather decide to who we want to donate, to who we DON'T want to donate, or whether or not TO donate, we are just selfish pigs. ;~D

It is my suspicion that they want the government to take care of people, so they can feel less guilty for not doing anything themselves.

this I know, but so many use the extra monies to suppliment their savings, you might be suprised at how many live COMPLETELY off their ss checks, sad but tru many americans when young just cannot see their future as old people.

Better take a look at England. They changed their Social Security system the way Bush is proposing 25 years ago. It has been a failure and the British are changing back to the system like we have now.

Danny, coming from one as young as you, that is refreshing!  But your generation has to fight the AARP.  It should be thrown out, but they vote more than you, even tho you outnumber them!

it is an oxymoron.  Forced Charity is not charity.  Think about it.  Was King Johns men taking charity from the poor?

The concept of private accounts is the common thread. That is the Bush idea and it did not work in England.

By the way, how is Bush selling his Social Security plan without the details? Just listen to Saint George-- He knows best! Look what he has done with trade, jobs and the deficit. I will not get into Iraq.
