America has problems, but America is NOT THE PROBLEM!~

Who are these blatant un-American people? Where do they live? How do they live?

While enjoying all the great freedoms and bounty of America they sneak around behind the scenes and try to subvert, destroy and put up roadblocks to free thinking Americans.

I have seen some sit and cheer the death and destruction of American troops, then make comments how the families suffer.

I have seen a few wishes for American to lose this war on terror, just so they can prove a point and mount their moral high horse.

They watch the news with bated breath hoping for bad news of some sort, so they can justify their stance.

They are like buzzards waiting for their prey to die so they can pick their bones clean.

How can some hate the country that has given so much to them?

I read blogs here from some and watch when the anti-American ones come, just to seen these so-called Americans agree with every single trash talking point.

There is nothing wrong with disagreement or dissent, but to wish the destruction of America and her peoples is just plain sick.

You must live a sad life filled with pain and discomfort to wish an end to Democracy, to cheer the terrorist on. I find my self no longer angry at you few, just sad and filled with pity.

They differ with what being "American" is. They don't like the leadership, so any failure is something they can use to say "See, I was right". So failure becomes beneficial to them.

chappaquiddick Ted no doubt relishes every setback the Bush administration has. To him it is a loss for the Republicans, but to the rest of us we just see our nation suffering.

Democrats were in power for 40 years.  They dont know how to act as a minority party.  Instead of proposing alternate policies, they have to wish things go bad so they can say "I told you so".  They are pathetic in their bitterness.

If I may be so bold as to comment against my own party without being thrown out...

While the Dems don't seem to fit in their skin as the minority party, to me the Republicans in Congress can't seem to get the knack of being the majority party. Instead of standing up to take their place in leadership, they seem to feel the need justify their actions to the Democrat minority.

The Dems do a great job of capitalizing on the Republican's discomfort. They throw out lines like "meet us half way" or express the importance of "bipartisanship". The most effective one seems to be the ol' "Give us this now, and we'll give up that later" but for some reason "later" never seems to happen.

I agree with you.  The Reps in congress are too worried about the mainstream (or old) media, and not doing what they were elected for.

Here in the Old Dominion, Democrats controlled both houses from time immemorial, and then lost it in the 90s.  Instead of doing to them, what the Democrats had done to them, they actually made the Legislature more representative of the make up of both houses (the democrats basically stacked every committee so badly that while the mix was about 55-45, committees were like 70-30! Or worse!).

The Republicans learned in Va, but then they dont pay much attention to the old media.  They do what they were elected to do.

yep,,, thats why {for the gazillionth time} I say is why I switched parties last year 2004, I voted for gore before bush,,,,as a good democrat should have.. then seeing how the dems have dissolved into the weak party, with no morals {the party} not the PEOPLE

I switched and as all new converts am enthusiastic about it.

cannot tell you how much the elite media irks me....

It use to irk me as well, as well as the LLL leftist.  Now I just laugh.  I think we call it impotent rage, and that is all it is.  They cant stand being a minority (even tho they are supposed to be the party of the minority).

And of course the less power the old Media has, they more they act the same!  It is quite amusing actually!  Has Dan Rather appologized yet?  Has Robert KKK Byrd?  Have the dems penalized him for his 'n' word comments like the Repubs did Lott?

In the end, people see deeds, not words, and in that arena, the conservatives are skunking the liberals.
