America has problems, but America is NOT THE PROBLEM!~
Or how I stopped whining and dropped the BOMB
Published on January 21, 2005 By Moderateman In Philosophy
Since I have been blogging on JoeUser, I have been called many names, mostly having to do with my political views.

Since the left leaning liberal losers loopy ludites cannot seem to grasp what A Republican Moderate is, I am going to spell it out using as many one syllable words as I can so they do not get confused or lapse into Democratic Dementia.

I believe in gun control.
I believe in a woman’s right to choose. {although I detest abortion}
I believe in conservation.
I voted for stem cell research here in the last election in California.
I deplore war.
I do not believe in the death penalty, because there is a 6% wrong conviction factor.
I vote for the person not the party.

Now for the other side.

I believe in coercive interrogation
I believe in fair trade.
When at war, we need to stop “taking the high road” because the enemy sure doesn’t.
I believe that only our President with approval of the Congress can make a decision if
We go to war or not. We do not need a “global test” or anyone’s permission.
I believe tax cuts benefit everyone.

So now when calling me names at least get it right about what policy or philosophy I support or do not support.

This is dedicated to the ones that flings accusations, then when I answere I get no reply back.
Altho I do understand Democratic Dementia, I would appreciate my nemisis trying to remember this.

If you are to stupid to remember this please feel free to print it out.

I think you end up getting attacked not buecause of your politics, but because of your condescending and insulting tone in many of your political postings. Extremism is often seen not as the position, but the attitude and vigor with which one tries to promote/defend it.

With minor exceptions, I believe as you do.  However, I think what sets us apart from the Left, and the far right, is in the extremism that we believe in the issues.

For Example, while I believe in conservation, I dont believe that it should take the holy grail of subjugating the rights and lives of mankind.

That is but one example.

Yeah, how dare you vote issues and not toe a party line. That's, like, using your brain.

What is 'ludite'?
Is it anything to do with 'lopopy'?
Yes, MM, I think you really SHOULD 'spell it out'!

Ludite spelled with one 'd' is actually an inhabitant of the biblical land of Lud. Worst thing that can be said about them is that they were neglectful of Rabbinical ordinances. (Oh my gosh!). Hmmmm, in that case, if you really want to stretch a point, I could be called (metaphorically that is), a Ludite. Although I'm not an inhabitant of Lud, I am certainily neglectful of Rabbinical ordinances.

First, I don't know how long you have been blogging here, so correct me if I'm wrong. I think one reason Dems. may "call you names" is because in other blogs I have seen of yours you claim to have been a Dem for thirty some years. Now as of I think if I recall correctly, 2004 you became a republican saying that you believed that the Dems were out of touch with America. Now for the same reason I was enraged that people voted on "moral values" it makes them sound like bad people. Yes people on both sides say somewhat obscene things about one and other but that doesn't mean that they are horrible icky people. As I said I may very well be wrong, I may well be confusing you with someone else and if so correct me.

On another note upon my arrival here I may have said a few "mean" things about you. Please forgive me, at times then I did not know who was who and may quickly have jumped to conclusions.

Liberals have an inherent, outlandish penchant for libel and asinine animadversions. Liberals suck. They're fond of chucking eggs and fries when it comes to bona fide political discourse.
Good luck.
