Hah, I consider myself pretty computer competent, and it took me a while, so I understand. Here you go:

1. Go to your main blog page (so you have the little sidebar on the side with your name and the Create new article thing).
2. Click on "My Account"
3. There you should see a box that says Select Site and Option to Edit. Click the circle that says Manage Site Custom Links. Then click Edit.
4. That will take you to a page that says My Account Management. On that page is a section that says Create Custom Link. There are instructions on that page to do the rest. First you need to create a Section title. Type a name (like Blogs I Dig on my page) in there, leave everything else blank. Click Add Link.
5. Now that page will reload and in the menu that says Section Heading you will get a drop down menu that will now have the name you just typed. Select that as the heading, then put something in the Link Title (such as Moderateman's Blog), and put in the URL the address for the blog (eg. http://moderateman.joeuser.com), then click Add Link and you should have it.

Let me know if that does/doesn't work.

Oh, and one other thing. When you enter the URL (the address for the page) you need to make sure you also but http:// first, then the rest, like this:

http://bluedev.joeuser.com

Does that make sense?
