The Main Stream Media seems to agree with Congressman John the mouth Murtha when he maintains that his older constituents are "racists" and "rednecks". Of course, Murtha is older himself so if the shoe fits, wear it John.

They got this idea from the Chicago Tribune, which ran an article pointing out that senior citizens are biologically bent toward bigotry. The article was titled "Older Voters Racial Bias May Have Medical Reasons" {what a crock}!!! The Tribune Claimed "For very basic physiological reasons, related to the aging of their brains, many older citizens may be unable to suppress their prejudicial impulses. {Where do they come up with this bullshit}?

The Tribune cited a single paper written by William Von Hippel, a professor at the University of Queensland in Australia. Von Hippel reports that he has found that as the brain's frontal lobe begins to atrophy with age, the elderly exhibit increased stereotyping and prejudice, but they elderly cannot help this.{ he did this with no patients, just a whole lot of erroneous conclusions.} Naturally Von Hippel did not comment on youthful liberal college students who stereotype and are prejudice against conservatives. Somehow this always falls into the cracks when a Liberal is making a  stupid statement with no facts to back him up.
