Rant number one is for the powers that be in Joeuser. I have not been featured in over six months!, To say that none of my article have not been worthy of a feature for six months is just so much bullshit! My Blog rating is five for how many articles I write, My overall blog rating is 10th in popularity, yet I am stuck on on the second level of status, while folks with less popular blogs are rated higher that I am.

yes I like to be acknowledged for my works.

Rant two: Since it became apparent that Colleen and I and fairly well off and will lend a helping hand in the way as a love gift to get you back on your feet. This is done and over.

I'm sorry you haven't been featured. You are doing very well, though, to be #10 since you have been gone for a while until recently. That definitely says that you are read and appreciated around here.

I don't know how they pick featured articles but I know I always feel special when I get one. We know your'e special too, Modman.

And don't feel obligated to help anyone financially. If you can do it because you want to, great. Don't let anyone make you feel like you have to. That's my ever so humble opinion as someone who never has to worry about people kissing up to me for money - lol.

Now I have to say, deep calming breaths, breath in, breathe out.

I can understand your first rant. I have been featured a couple of times recently and was kinda surprised, though it was pretty cool. I do agree some of your articles deserve a featured acknowledgment.

Now, your second rant? I have no clue what you are talking about.

It would be nice if they would do a purge from the top blogs of any bloggers that haven't been active for the last year or so. There are a lot of names on there that have not been active on JU for a long time. I don't know how they pick featured articles but I know I always feel special when I get one. What really gets me is some of these beggers have never even spoken to me before on a personal level. just bang on day I open my email and there it was, a hey mod, listen, {sob story} could you please {more sob story} I( saw in an article you are well off and {my baby, my car, my house, my wife, my husband} {throw in some guilt} lend me {insert amount}. damn it! NO!
