Affirmative Action A.K.A. give minorities a much better chance at getting the job; getting into the school; getting the much needed scholarship; getting the loan; getting the raise; getting the elevation in job status and on and on all because they are what? Black, Latino or some other than white minority EXCEPT A JEW OF COURSE, SOMEHOW JEWS DO NOT COUNT AS A MINORITY when it comes to affirmative action! But I digress.

This of course is racism pure and simple, much like the racism of the first half of the twentieth century, where Whites had the same advantage with no law to back it up called "affirmative action"

When the civil rights movement took hold and white guilt came to be the liberal left decided that to make amends to people that were long dead {the slaves of the 1800's} and the Whole Democratic parties stand in the way of any progress of freeing the slaves and the whole civil rights movements itself {yes the Democrats hated the civil rights movement and tried to block it for decades} Up came a way to turn things around, REVERSE RACISM TO ASSUAGE WHITE GUILT.

No matter how you cut it, Affirmative Action is discrimination and racist in any form. Anytime you give someone the edge in any manner or any form JUST BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF THEIR SKIN, it is racist! get it yet?

Anytime you have a quota to fill with a certain amount of Blacks or Latinos mandated by federal law even if they are not qualified to fill the position or a white candidate is better suited for the job but federal law says you must have another black or Chinese or Latino this is racist!!
