It's called ''funny money'' for a reason, and now one valley man is behind bars for trying to use it at a local store.
Police say Scott Martin tried to cash his fake $100 bills when the clerk noticed that the bills were obviously fake. Instead of Benjamin Franklin's face on the bill, these c-notes had Abraham Lincoln's face on them. When the clerk confronted the suspect, a fight ensued until police arrived and arrested Martin. They later found more bills stuffed inside Martin's shirt.
What a moron, trying to pass hundreds to a store clerk that handles money all day long, a hundred with a picture of Abraham Linclon on it instead of Benjamin Franklin. I guess our hero thought the rest of the world is as stupid as he is!
