America has problems, but America is NOT THE PROBLEM!~
A Choice of Two Liberals
Published on February 8, 2008 By Moderateman In US Domestic

Makes no difference if there is an R or a D after the name of the candidate, your choice is boiled down to two liberals.

I believe John McAmnesty is going to be the Republican candidate. It is still to early to call the Democratic side of it, be it Hillary Healthcare or Barak quick run away and hide Obama , we are going to get to choose between one of these three pieces of liberal garbage.

For the first time since 1968 when I first became of age to vote, way back then you had to be 21 to vote, I am considering sitting out this election and rooting for a Democrat to win of all things!, oh the shame!

If a Democrat wins we can expect a four year disaster, pissing off the American people, followed by the return of sanity and the election of the GOP, who knows maybe the Republicans will have learned a lesson by then.

If John McAmnesty wins we can expect four years of pain with the cowardly republicans standing up for “their” President, pissing off the American people and the Democrats ruling for the next 20 years.

Some choice huh?

Either way hide your wallet for the next few years, expect many new citizens named Pablo and Maria  with 9 kids to move next door to you.

Welcome back MM!

But I will disagree with you about the 4 years of pain.  It will be painful, but we could not have had a republican congress if not for the pain of Bill Clinton.  So their honeymoon will be short lived.  And their agenda about as effective as Bush's.  The only place that eitehr side seems to make a difference (since RWR) is in Court appointments.  And the bitch of that is - if the democrats get it (the WH), the republicans have 8 years of filibustering to make up for!

Until then, have a seat and enjoy the circus on the democrat side.  It is going to be fun to watch for at least another month or so!

And if (by miracle) any of these candidate, when elected, proves to be an actual GOOD president? You will still be pissed off?

McAmnesty is on record having said SCOTUS Justice Alito is too conservative, this bodes poorly if he gets elected having him nominate a conservative SCOTUS Nomination. At this point I would rather see Bush run for another term.

Nope a good leader is just that a good leader, and I would be pleased and be happy. As a G-d fearing man, I do believe in miracles.

we are about to find out. Lets see if the press pounds a Democrat the relentless way the have pounded GW. Lets see if the Right pounds the Democrats day after day after day the way the left has pounded GW. Lets see if the right comes out and calls the left a liar, a war criminal, a war profiteer on and on.

If you "sit out" the presidential part of the ballot, at least make sure you show up to vote in the Congressional, State and local elections. We're going to have to counter the RINO or Socialists in the White House with someone, but if we just sit out the election, we hand the freedom haters the whole country.

I'm wondering something though. Anytime a Republican points out something that carried over from the Clinton administration, some Democrat reminds us that "Clinton isn't the president anymore". It's like history started the day Bush was inaugerated...

I wonder if they are going to have the same standard for Prs. Hillary or Obama? Or will they forget anything ever said such a thing? LOL

I will not sit out the entire election, I will be voting for everything else. Might even vote for president, if Oboma gets the Left hand Nod.

Yes, and the 20th century showed us several examples.  Judge him not by the heated rhetoric you hear and read.  Judge him by what he has done.  You may not like it, but then the presidents will never be liked by all.  Except those who do nothing so they do not piss off anyone.

The left has made sure that only history will be able to judge GW fairly, I have never in my life seen such hatred displayed for one of our leaders as the left has diplayed for GW.

don't forget the famous hide your head in the sand policy in world affairs, and letting the U.N. decide for America what is right and wrong.

Hey MM,

Hope life is treating you well!

I am saddened by what the nominations are heading down to. Instead of doing nothing for the president I think I might just write in the candidate I supported (although he's not in it). That way I can pretend he's still running.
