While some of us were celebrating Veterans Day and talking about the surge, which SEEMS to be working in Iraq, gang members all over the nation are using your and my money to fund their gun control {sic} programs. For example In Los Angeles the so called "no Guns" program began in 1996. By 2001 "No Guns" had its first city contract with the city of Los Angeles. No Guns is supposed to be an anti-gang group headed by Hector "big Weasel" Marroquin, Hector is also the leader DE-facto of the 18th street gang and had a rap sheet as long as your arm.

However in the mid 1990's Hector claims to have seen the light after in 1996 his son was brutally beaten by a different street gang Hector JR. almost died from the beating. Big Hector came to his sons aid and was shot for his efforts. This began a two year gang war which Big Hector "claims" to have made peace.

He says this peace turned his life around and he started the group called " No Guns". After receiving his first contract, which amounted to 200.000 Dollars with the city of Los Angeles, There were disturbing signs the Hector {the former gang leader} and his family, had extensive ties to the criminal underground and hector was still in charge of the 18th street gang {his old gang}

For instance in 1998 when big Hector was arrested for pointing a loaded rifle at a sheriff, a California politician {Tom Hayden, remember him? Married to Hanoijane Fonda and a member of the Chicago Six?} became involved in the case. Supporters of the case {mostly Hollywood liberals and such} say that Hector has become a man of peace, Law enforcement claims the hector is using the money he receives form the city of L.A. to buy weapons for gangs. A meeting was held in Big Hectors home according to local authorities and in the next two weeks 4 members of then Lennox 13 gangs were killed. Evidence lead back to the meeting in Big hectors home, again Tom Hayden intervened and no charges were filed against Big Hector or any of his family members. In 2001 Hectors daughter Charleeda, who served as the treasure for "No Guns" was arrested for arson and MURDER. a GANG MEMBER NAMED ROMERO HAD BEEN KILLED AT THE OFFICES OF "NO GUNS" Charleeda according to the L.A. Weekly, along with other gang members drove Romeros body to a nearby field where they mutilated and burned it. They claimed that Romero had accidentally killed himself playing Russian Roulette. Three months later "No Guns" received that first city contract. Over the next several years "No Guns has received over 1.5 million dollars for a supposed anti-gang program.

In 2005 The Los Angeles Times ran a glowing story about how Hector Big Weasel had turned his life around and had become a force for all that is good in L.A. {bwhahahahahahahahahahahah} Three months later he was arrested for Armed robbery, false imprisonment and criminal threat charges in Cudahy. Ca. A teenager claimed that big Hector assaulted him, stole his truck and threatened to kill his family if he told the police on him, the teen refused to testify and the case was dropped.

Now the Feds have started "operation Cease Fire" in 2000 with "seed" monies of upwards of 16 million to be disbursed to such fine people as Hector Big Weasel. So all it takes is a gang leader saying " I have seen the light" and now the feds will give them monies to help buy back guns and set up programs to get those kids off the streets. Our tax money in action!!!!
