America has problems, but America is NOT THE PROBLEM!~
Sneaky little creeps
Published on October 17, 2007 By Moderateman In War on Terror

Turkey which is our main route to resupply the troops in Iraq is one of out main allies in the Muslim world, they have been for decades now.

The Democrats, afraid that we might be winning in Iraq have come up with a new and improved way of undermining the war effort.

The Ottoman empire which went defunct in 1917, committed a horrible atrocity against the Armenian people, genocide if you must use the word, needless to say the Turks are real touchy about this word "GENOCIDE" there has been two other efforts to call the act the Turks committed against the Armenians as Genocide, both failed, now the Democrats have brought this up again, Demanding that America decide that the act be called genocide, why now you might ask? because they know this will really anger the Turks and might cause a rift between America and Turkey, causing Turkey to one, Invade Northern Iraq destabilizing the most controlled part of the nation and two causing Turkey to withdraw permission to use Turkish airspace and land facilities to replenish the troops in Iraq and Afghanistan, thereby effectively losing the war on terror and losing the one true Muslim ally we have in the middle east.

Way to go Democrats, way to lose a war and keep your hands fairly clean at the same time you treacherous creeps. How can you people sleep at night? or do you sleep? or do you stay up all night think up new ways to undermine the war effort?

So you have French blood in your background? if so that explains a lot.

Cheap attack on a culture, based on absolutely nothing. The worst thing is, I somewhat expected something better from you, MM.

What can I say, I am human, My bad and apologies to you you for the cheap shot.

Regardless, that WAS a cheap attack on a culture, which is wrong in my opinion. Even against the French. Unless they live in France.

yes it was and I apoligized for it.

Fair play to you.

Not the same doc, from his words he truly seems to hate America. Not saying he is a bad guy, but as you know I am a for real patriot and disparaging America gets on my last nerve.

I don't see him as hating America, ModMan, but it's not his homeland - so what the hell does he have to feel patriotic about it for?

I, for one, welcome his opinions. Sometimes we get too patriotic and miss the fact that other people in other countries have different ideas about it than ourselves.

their opinions are good. but to tell us that our way is bad compared to theirs. specially when their why is not working that is wrong. as i said if universal medicine is so good why can you not go to a dentist in england. why can you not go to the hospital for a cold or flu in Canada. you have to wait 11 days for an appointment which means that the cold or flu is over.

I do not expect folks from other countries to be an American patriot. But we disagree about if he hates America or not, When I see him write things like he expects us to turn tail and lose the war in Iraq and enjoy the thought, that is crossing the line....FOR ME! not for you.

JAJAJAJAJAJAJAJA!

Okay, I'm done. No, wait, no I'm not . . . JAJAJAJAJIJIJIJI!!!!!

You do realize that we do the same thing every day? Tell them their way is bad compared to OURS?

Ha ha, I love ridiculous double standards. It's one thing to love your country (which all of you know I do), but it's another thing to consistently disparage other countries for doing things differently than ourselves.

exactly daniel, people want to come here to America, and if they cannot get here legally they sneak here, why would anyone do this if this country is so fucking bad?

Oh, thank you...I swear I thought I was the only one that thought this. Especially on some other thread talking about "superior cultures" or whatever bullshit.

the only time i say something is bad is when it is bad in this case it doesn't work.

our system still works. perhaps badly but it still works.

MM, please keep in mind this, and i felt it everywhere i go : No one, and really no one hates or even NOT like Americans. It is the policies of the Gov they have lots of issues with. NO matter what our Gov does, almost always people in other countries try to make that point.

That is why they like and want to come here, for the people and the society not the Gov.

That is what i really feel when i meet people from other countries.

I did not meant that I "expect" America to being beaten in Iraq in the meaning that that is what I want - or bet on - it to happen.

I simply meant that I simply do not see how you can win on the long run. Not meaning as "your country is weak" or anything like this, but that military victory in the way you are expecting it is - I think - unatainable.

And I hope I did not meant anything that "Canadian's way is better" (maybe it sounded like this, I know). Canada has it shares of problem - health care being simply a symptom rather than the problem, for whatever Danielost is saying -, but no one really is interested talking about it here. Hell, no one is interested in talking of Canadian/American common politics here (I tried a few times to start topics about it).

So it leaves me commenting on the U.S.A.'s influence upon the world, since it is mainly everything people is talking about here.

And it does is bring a foreign point of view. And from Canada, which is about one of your greatest ally in the past century, I think our opinion would be rather relevant - as far as a foreign opinion would be relevant -.

guess you haven't been watching the news. AL quida is on the run in Iraq. Pakistan has decided to take them on in country. the other groups in Iraq are also on the run. in a last ditch effort Ben laden is trying to get all of the groups to work together.
