This is not so much about the Immigration bill as much as it is about WHY? Why are members of both parties pushing so hard to get this disgrace of a bill passed, when about 70 to 80% of Americans do not want this bill to pass not as it is anyways.
It makes perfect sense to ask ourselves WHY our elected officials are pushing this bill behind closed doors? No public hearing have been held about this, I want to know WHY? There must be some kind of reason for this.
This is my guess, an educated guess. There is a group called Americans for Sovereignty, A project for the council for America, based out of the nations capitol, their chairman is Jeffrey Gayner and this group is doing its best to try and ALERT Americans to a very SERIOUS threat that is looming in our great nation.
We believe that unelected officials from our own government are meeting with their counterparts from Mexico and Canada, with the intention of creating the North American Union, loosely crafted after the European Union. If this happens say goodbye to our Constitution, our flag and our pledge of Allegiance.
This proposed Union would erase any borders between Canada, the United States and Mexico, America would be overrun by millions of poor people from south of the border, it would literally devastate and bankrupt our economy, our health care system and our educational system.
Today in our own schools our own children are already being taught by liberal teachers that Americans are money hungry and selfish, greedy and full of avarice. However the 2006 figures show that Americans gave a record 400 BILLION to charity, 75% of it in small donations. It is Americas system of government {federalist republic and capitalist} that has produced all this prosperity and compassion and given Americans the funds and ability to give. Ronald Reagan once said " The American Republic is the last best hope of mankind"
During World War Two Franklin D. Roosevelt offered a prayer, in part it says About our heroic fighting men "for these men are drawn to the ways of peace. They fight not for conquest. They fight to end conquest. They fight to liberate. They fight to let justice arise, and tolerance and good will among ALL THY PEOPLE. They yearn for the end of battle, for their return to the haven of home" These words spoken some 60 odd years ago could be used today.
If the entire Prayer was spoken today the ACLU would file a lawsuit. The liberals would be up in arms because God was mentioned many, many times.
