Who was responsible for prosecuting Berger? A. The justice department run by Dubyahco. Perhaps the reason he was not prosecuted was that he was deemed not guilty. Perhaps the administration discovered the only reason they could persue it was for political gain, a true abuse of their power. For him to let Libby off would be for political gain.

Oh Pulease.... Berger admits to stealing classified documents. and got off with probation.

Until Libby exhausts his appeals, I think a pardon would be premature.  I read that if he pardoned the Border Guards that it would screw up their professional careers if they were later able to overturn their convictions on appeal.

the border guards were IMHO were railroaded by a over zealous prosecutor and really got a raw deal.

Libby on the other hand was sentenced to 30 months simply because he was one of the Bush gang.

Berger committed a much more serious crime and received probation. None of the above are forms of Fair American Justice.
