America has problems, but America is NOT THE PROBLEM!~
I had a few I still remember

This dream would be a dream interpreters fun filled fantasy I am sure.

Picture this, I am hurt {from wounds} and being carried by two of a four man team, no matter where they go they continue to take me with them.

I am begging them to please leave me behind and finish the mission {no I have no idea what the mission is} I spend my time in pain filled agony begging them to just let me die, and all they say is, "we do not leave our people behind" I keep saying "but look at me, I am old and have no business out here in the field" "why do you insist on carrying me along?"

We stop, make camp and my needs are seen to first, I can hear myself moaning in pain constantly, except for food and the occasional shot of painkiller I am pretty much ignored. This seems endless. Daylight we move, nighttime we rest, I still have no idea what mission we are on but do understand I have no place there, yet they will not let me be, they continue to carry me no matter how much I protest, they refuse to just let me die, no matter how much I beg to be left behind, they always answer the same way "we do not leave our people behind". I remember crying to just let me die, please!

I shared this with Colleen upon awakening along with several other strange dreams.

I would say you were fighting for your life, and those 2 men are your will to live.  But I am just a hack at this stuff.  You probably know a lot better.

What a stressful dream. I think it's pretty clear the kind of emotional struggle the dream describes.

I love reading people's dreams, and I hope you'll share more.

I agree with both assessements above, this was a pretty easy one to interpret.

Yeah, much like what has been said. The characters were personifying your ambivalence, your "tug of war" with yourself. Resolving ambivalence is often considered to be a stage of change. You chose life. (or it chose you  ). As with me, I'm sure it's not the first time.

Seems like the general take from friends I have shared this with.

I think this might be the last time I get to "cheat death" no matter how much I choose life.

I'm glad they didn't leave you behind MM.

Not one of us can escape death forever, BUT we can sure give it a run for its money...

Next thing you know, you'll be dreaming that you are a salespersons whose luggage got mixed up as you are about to enter a house with a bunch of bright lights....

Ooops, sorry, mixing up your dream with a Sorpanos episode

I won't add any interpretation as everyone's mind is different, but I do find it fascinating that you relay the fact that you dreamed while in a coma. I always wondered about that.

For a while I was living in a dream world mason, some not so nice. some very confusing. some heart wrenching.
