Here is something all people no matter what party you belong to can get behind.

I for one am darn tired of the constant bickering and partisan behavior I see in Both houses everyday.

Congress is at a standstill, while both parties are trying to make points with the voters instead of policy!

Go to the site I left a link for and sign up, have your voice heard, tell Congress we are darned tired of them and to get off their childish behavior and do something to promote better living for ALL AMERICANS.

Actually, the more they bicker, the less harm they do.

It's a sad day when we want the congress at a standstill. To imagine that the people that are suppossed to be looking out for us
have become something we the people scorn.

As long it's not a standstill like the local government in New Jersey!

Actually, the Founding Fathers designed this government on purpose to be at a standstill as much as possible.

Also, "making points with the voters instead of policy" is how real policy really gets made in our system of government.

These guys are hungry for power. We, the peoople, give them the power they crave, with the understanding that they will try to keep the inevitable corruption to a minimum, and use that power mostly to make points with us.

Whatever random crap we the people are interested in, that's the random crap the politicians will make a big deal about.

As maddening as it is when the politicians don't do what I want, even though I'm right and everybody else is wrong, I actually like our system of government, BECAUSE it tends to prevent the politicians from getting anything done besides whatever random crap gets them reelected.

If us voters can't seem to grow up, how can we expect more from our elected officials. After all, didn't we elect them to represent us? So now we whine when they are doing exactly that. ;~D

Let's go back to the roots!
