America has problems, but America is NOT THE PROBLEM!~
And her Lawyer too!

I have not been feeling well, but I felt the need to write this, if this has already been written about, tough!

Cynthia McKinney, she of the wild and woolly hair do! She attacks an officer of the law doing his duty, stopping someone he does not recognize, she hits him with a cell phone, simple facts yes?

Hell no, she is the news the next 6 days calling him a racist, the blacks do love playing the race card don't they? Stop them from breaking a law, you are racist!!

She now has at her side a collection of White and America hating racist, Belafonte, Glover and more.

Last night on hannity and colmb her lawyer calls Tom Delay "A RICH WHITE BOY!" not a word in the news today about that either, funny if a white had called a black a rich black boy! the media would have lost there collective minds and been calling for the whiteman to be lynched publicly, but a black says the same thing and not a blip on the news { and you say there is not left wing media} HA!

Now POOR DOWN TRODEN CYNTHIA, is doing what she should have done last wee, apologize for being a turd, trying to stop an indictment from falling on her head.

The indictment should not be stopped. This isn't the first time she's done this, and any of us would go to jail the first time we refuse to cooperate with DC security and actually assault them in the process. This is an issue of NATIONAL security now, and people will be watching to see what they can get away with

I am tired and so is most of the people I know of the race card being played at the drop of a hat, she needs to be charged and removed from congress.

Get yourself elected to Congress, call a press conference, and then call Obama a "Rich Black Boy" and see if it is considered racist. I... have a feeling it will be.

MM, I wrote one.  But nothing like yours!  Mine was subdued, and just pointed out that of the 2 dozen black women in congress, apparently only she has been singled out by the racist capitol police.

You on the other hand, laid it out straight!  Calling a Spade a SPade is not raicst.  It is stating a fact.

Go Moderate Man go! (and btw, Insightfuls to Dr. Guy on his article on the topic too!)

well doc we both know how shy I am about calling a heart, a heart, do not want to use spade as I am sure someone will try to point out what a racist I am by using the term spade.

he is being obtuse for sure, everyone knows how offensive it is to blacks to be called boy. but it seems to be ok for a black to call a white "boy"

Well, when Lynn Swann's primary opponent for the Penn. Governor's race, stated that "Lynn Swann IS the rich, white man in this race", he was flamed pretty heavy, so apparently "white" IS a derogatory term now.

I've been called a lot of things in my days, but never obtuse.

I've been called a white boy many times, by black people and white people. I've never really been offended by it though. I seriously doubt that DeLay is offended either.

I wouldn't call a black man "boy", because I know they find it offensive because of the past history. I would call a white man boy though, because I've never met one who was offended by it. It doesn't have the same connotation with a white person.

You don't see a difference?

I really doubt Obama would be too up in arms about it, I'm sure he's been called worse.
