America has problems, but America is NOT THE PROBLEM!~
It's too much like work.

Being a retired fellow at the ripe old age of 55,{when I retired not now} I figured my work days were behind me.

Little did I know when I stumbled into Joeuser land that I was interviewing for a new job.

The interview is conducted by the thousands that blog here, they are the ones that say if you stay or go.

Many diverse people blog here from all over the world, I get to read about life in England, Australia and other parts of the world
Meet {cybermeet} people, most of whom I like, a few I really like and a couple I dislike intensely.

Being housebound much of the time I get to live vicariously through others, experience what I am missing around the globe from a regular persons point of view, not something colored by the media or politicians, real opinions from real people. What a joy that is at times and other times confoundedly sad.

Staying on top takes more work and pressure than when I had my own business, at least with my own business I knew what had to be done.

Here you have to constantly be creative and diverse, appeal to a broad audience.

You have to not only write what you feel but if you want an readership you must comment on other blog sites too.

My days here start a different times, some nights I do not sleep so I am on early in the wee hours of the morning, some days I start after colleen leaves for work, some days I just sit and stare at the screen hoping for inspiration.

So In closing I hope to continue to write controversial material inter-spaced with humor and insights into who I am today.

I am coming up on one year here next month and I hope you folks will hire me to stay around for at least another year.

To my faithful readers I extend, love, my heart and my opinions freely.
To those that do not appreciate me, well your loss.

Lovingly, MM

Elie
