Just ask the Jews in the Warsaw Ghetto

but what a fight they put up holding 2 full german armies at bay for days. this is the only time I read ww2 stuff where I was proud to be a JEW>

The fight with muslim terrorist has been brewing for to damn long, as long as they were killing jews it was ok, but attack america and get away with it, what was clinton thinking?

And rightly so. It was European Jewry's Masada, if I'm using the reference correctly. If not, sorry.

Well, he never thought much beyond his popularity points, which explains two things:

1.) Why he was, and is, so popular.

2.) Why he didn't, and still doesn't, have a legacy. Like the Doc said, if ya wanna make an omelet, ya haveta break some aigs. Clinton never wanted to break any aigs.

correct. the Jews in Masada were slaughter much like the Jews in Warsaw.

I voted for Clinton, both times, his domestic policies were great, his foreign policies were the famous liberal "run away and pretend nothing is wrong tactic."

Hah--hah-hah...I guess this was before your "redemption", eh Darth? I voted for him in '96, but kind of against my will; I wasn't happy when he won.
I thought Dole was just too old....hell, he'd have been as old going into his first term s Reagan was coming out of his second. So I took what I saw at the time as the lesser of two evils.

But yes, the patented "ostrich" tactic seems to be the order of the day for the liberal leaders. It worked for Bill, after all....nothingbad happened until he ws free and clear. Unless, of course, it comes out that he knew more about 9/11 and Bin Laden than he's willing to admit to. I wouldn't surprise me a bit.

Good point. Some might call it 'getting one's own house in order ...'
