America has problems, but America is NOT THE PROBLEM!~
This saddens and enrages me
Published on January 23, 2005 By Moderateman In Politics
YOU have gotten on my final nerve, YOU seem to think bashing America is some kind of dissent.
Well its not! Its traitorous action. Not some kind of keeping America on some kind of true course.
I sit here on my computer and watch the words go by in constant amazement, wondering exactly what it is you “think” your doing?
Do YOU somehow imagine yourself of the forefathers of this great country?
Doing your best to free America from those of us on the right that are at least trying to get America to stay as great as she is?
Well your NOT, Your just pathetic small-minded people, I compare you to jackals running in packs, worrying and harrying your prey {America}.
I find myself becoming more intolerant of the leftist swill espousing nay Sayers.
You do not give a thought that if you lived somewhere else you would be held accountable for you actions in ways your feeble little minds could not begin to imagine.
I wish I could apologize to every right thinking American for your childish ranting and raving, I am ashamed of you.
I no longer care if you view me as some foaming at the mouth conservative, as I view you with scorn and what borders on distain.
I am so ashamed of the Democratic Party, that it pains me to think I was once a member.
You sit in your warm homes, eating well, not giving a thought to if you lived somewhere else you would not have this.
You are a disgrace to America and I for one disavow you!
NO longer will I look for a COMMON GROUND with the Democratic Party.
There is no common ground with small-minded weak sheep, blindly following your pathetic leaders that have nothing to offer America any longer.
You want to reclaim power, not for the good of America, but to foist your views on us, turn us away from God.
Your more concerned with pleasing old Europe that you are with pleasing America.
Your constant bending of facts and failing to have rational discourse on anything that doesn’t suit your own agenda is sad and disgraceful.

I encourage you democrats to stay on this course; please do not find any common ground with the Republican Party.
Do not move to the center to try and trick us to vote for you, for we see you for what you are, un-American, small minded, weak, power hungry idiots you are.

Mod,

The truth of ther matter is that your party expects everybody to fall in line blindly with dubya. Well, that's not how the american political system works.
I wouldn't start accusing others about refusing to step towards the center when your party won't do the same.

Again, it comes off as a tad bit hypocritical.

There are plenty of democratic legislators that would be willing to work with the president if he was willing to offer some sane legislation that everybody could agree on. Instead he chooses to champion right wing pet projects.

Maybe he should borrow a page from Ronald Reagan's playbook. Finding a common ground and working with BOTH sides of the aisle to make the congress a fair and equitable place for everybody. That's what made Ronnie a great president. Dubya could learn a lot from him.

Oh yeah, i forget...Dubya doesn't make mistakes, does he?

You can take your America love it or leave it attitude and shove it up your ass. And up the ass up Richard Nixon, Archie Bunker and everyone that used it before them. We don't have to love what your Republican president is doing to this nation. Your blindness wrapped as patriotism is disgusting. It is my right as an American to speak out about what I believe is going wrong and its not America bashing. He prematurely took us into Iraq and every reason he took us there has been debunked. Once in Iraq it was clowns and circuses but not for the Iraqi people. The way we left left to the looting, the kidnapping and the killings is reprehensible. We caused the insurgency. There is no plan to make things better, no plan for American troops to come home. We put the war on terror on hold for this? World terrorism is at an all time high. Should we applaud because the worst diplomatic president in history has taken us from a day when the whole world wept with us to the most depsised nation on Earth? We have absolutely no political clout left in the world, only the strength of our overstretched military.
Should we applaud because Dubyah refuses to reverse the loophole that gives tax breaks to those companies that send our jobs overseas? Should we applaud because Dubyah has given millions to polluters? Should we applaud that his solution to rising prescription prices is to give big drug companies millions in corporate welfare? In case I haven't made myself clear enough, shove your 2% mandate up your ass.

And you can take *your* attitude and *shove it up your ass*, so far that it will never see daylight!

More and more what I see are Democrats who don't love the United States regardless of who's in charge.

I've seen plenty of Democrats who hope that the Terrorists end up winning in Iraq. Visit DemocraticUnderground sometime.

Whenever some fool argues that we brought 9/11 on ourselves chances are, if they're an American, they vote Democrat.

And it's not a recent thing.  I saw someone above talk about Reagan.  The Democrats were insane then too. They fought tooth and nail against Reagan's attempts to defeat the Soviet Union.

The Democrats of the 80s loved to talk about Iran-Contra as if they should be proud for having made a stink about it.  Oh yea, how terrible, money from private sources diverted to provide funds to the anti-Communists in central America.  Oh the shame.

The Democrats called Reagan every name in the book. The same stuff we see with Bush now.  Reagan was a war monger. An idiot, a fool, a simpleton.  And yet he won the cold war.  When Reagan came in, Soviet Communism was on the expansion and was making headway in the western hemisphere even.  By the end of his term, it was dead.  I don't think the Democrats (since WW2 anyway and barely even then) have ever had a clue on how the real world works.

What I see is that if we support the President, even if we disagree with him on some things, that we're supposedly blindly offering our souls to him.
Moderateman is right. Bashing America is not dissent nor is it patriotic.
