It is simply Prs. Bush being Prs. Bush.  He has always made decisions based on what he thinks is best for the country... whether anyone agrees with him or not.  He has also usually went on the attack when people didn't agree with him.  So now we find ourselves on the side that doesn't agree with him when it comes to this illegal alien "comprimise".  He's treating us no different than he treated those who disagreed with him before.

I guess it's our turn to be on the "if you aren't with me, your against me" rhetoric. ;~D

While I think this bill is nothing but amnesty, and I'm against it, I'm still waiting for Pelosi or Reid to come up with something better.

that is NOT GOING TO HAPPEN, all the Democrats are going to do is bid their time till 2008 afraid to do anything of substance because they are afraid of making a mistake and blowing the whitehouse, till then it will be business as usual, blame Bush, cry about Bush, whine about Bush, Trash Bush, and never ever do a thing to help the country.

I have seen the President open mouth and insert his foot more than once, I found it charming for the most part.

But this time, to denounce many patriotic Americans as being somehow UN_American because they do not like this bullshit Immigration/Amnesty Bill was just to much for me to take. Not only did he alienate me, but a goodly portion of the entire party. The democrats do not matter.

The irony being that at one point most of us were pointing fingers with Bush we he called the Democrats unpatriotic when they disagreed with him in some policies. Now that we find ourselves at the recieving end of his finger as well we wanna puke at the idea that we had any faith in him at all. At least I do anyways.
