America has problems, but America is NOT THE PROBLEM!~
In this year of My GOD 5766 I am forced to come to the truth of things, All you new religions, that includes all forms of CHRISTIANITY AND ISLAM and any other religion but Judaism are all doomed to the fires of HELL, there is no chance for any of you so just get ready to burn in the pits of hell forever.

Commandment one " God spoke all these words, saying: I am God your Lord, who brought you out of Egypt, from the place of slavery. Do not have any other gods before Me. Do not represent [such] gods by any carved statue or picture of anything in the heaven above, on the earth below, or in the water below the land. Do not bow down to [such gods] or worship them. I am God your Lord, a God who demands exclusive worship.

So all Christians that worship Jesus, pray to Jesus or Mary or whatever have already broke the First of Gods commandments.

Unless you cast away your false religion and convert to being Jewish you are doomed, remember from Gods own mouth we are his CHOSEN PEOPLE, not christians, not budist, not muslims... JEWS AND ONLY JEWS ARE HIS chosen."

All of you guys (Jews, Christians, Muslims, everyone) can have your heaven. I don't want it

I don't have a heaven. I have a nirvana, but that's not heaven.

Someone who's a lot wiser and a lot nearer nirvana than I once descibed 'Imagine' as the 'quintessential Buddhist song'.

I agree.

I always find it intriging that we put so much emphasis on three streams of one faith, that all stemmed from one small area, and ignor what has evolved from many other cultures. Who is to say that we all had messages deleivered to us by the same force by in ways that relat to our time and place in the evolution of the world. I personally believe that God spread his/her message around the world at different times and in different ways, and at the end of the day we will all find out, in the mean time stop competing witheach other about who is right and get on with learningand following the messages that have been passed to us.

There's a reason for that.

Who is to say that we all had messages deleivered to us by the same force by in ways that relat to our time and place in the evolution of the world. From my little corner of the world, I'd say, it doesn't matter what "we" believe but about what Jesus said.

in the mean time stop competing witheach other about who is right and get on with learningand following the messages that have been passed to us.

Which message? I am actually doing this but I can't follow Tom, Dick and Harry at the same time. Can you?

BTW, MM....my great grandfather was a Jewish Rabbi. He denounced God during the Holocaust.

I understand what you are saying KFC, I am not advocating we all race off and embrace all faiths, I am saying that they all have similar messages and in all probability got it from the same source, each of us will choose what is right for us, we hope. I suppose we need to look more at what the lessons of our chosen faith are and look less at at whether the others are wrong or right . I do not see faith as a competition, rather as something personal to help us make our way through life, to reach the point we strive for which for many of us is heaven.

Well said zergimmi. I think we should relax and surrender. That's the quickest way to inner peace. If we believe in God then we can trust He knows what He's doing. If we don't, then nothing really matters anyway. Either way, it's a great liberation.

I think that is much of religion's ignorance. We project our own failings on God. We're judgemental and condemning and hateful, so to make ourselves better we make God in our own image. Instead of admitting we have imperfect attitudes, we take a perfect God and give him imperfect attitudes to match our own.

Speak for youself Baker ....does this mean you really do believe in God? Hmmmmm? Inquring minds wanna know!!

I think we should relax and surrender

hmmm how do I reconcile this with Paul when he said..."Fight the good fight.... I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith?"

or...."endure hardness as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No man that warreth entangles himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who has chosen him to be a soldier." 2 Tim 2:3-4

What good soldier surrenders? We are not to surrender or give up the fight until we die. It's a battle out there...it's not a flesh and blood one but a spiritual. I do not intend on surrendering anytime soon. I'm still kickin....but don't worry.....they're friendly kicks....

My whole point was to just say "there are more than one path to GOD> many paths I think.
