America has problems, but America is NOT THE PROBLEM!~
More America bashing from the liberal left.

While in Saudi Arabia Al {I won the damn election} Gore showed once again why Democrats are completely oblivious to how most Americans feel.

"Gore said Arabs had been "indiscriminately rounded up" and held in "unforgivable" conditions. The former vice president said the Bush administration was playing into al-Qaeda's hands by routinely blocking Saudi visa applications."

When did we do this> why is he rabble rousing in an Muslim country? What is he trying to prove?: Wtf is he thinking? that of course assumes he has a brain, the moron.

When will Democrats distance themselves from blatant anti-American remarks?

A Big one was "I served in Vietnam". Another was the fact that when he had no platform, the MSM did not call him on it, so he thought he did not need one.

sadly he did not use any of his 20 plus years in the senate to show what he was about, why you might ask, because he has done nothing of note in his whole career.

don't see Gore as evil, I see him as the grown man-children living in Disney movies that modern Liberalism turns out. He has no concept that there were probably people in that audience that would stand by and nod approvingly as he was beheaded.

I couldn't agree more Baker. Not only would they nod, they would probably volunteer to perform the beheading.

hmmmmm would gore be any less stupid after a beheading? now that's an intresting question.

Susan Estrich remind me of Carol Channing, whos voice I could not stand either, but at least carol can sing.

I started calling it "The Battle of the Lieutenants", since that's all anyone seemed to want to talk about. I guess we should have given them both a Map, Compass and Radio. The Real Lieutenants would have been the one who couldn't make either work. ;~D

Very true. And while blogdom was asking that question, the MSM was silent. The MSM is not the only source for news, and it showed in 04.

is was a LIBERAL DOMINATED scotus, THAT GAVE the decision to GWB> even the liberals on SCOTUS knew what a a lemon gore was and is.

That’s way wrong. That’s about as wrong as saying the earth is flat (although some Bush supporters may believe that to be true).

The SCOTUS was composed of 5 republicans and 4 democrats in 2000, just like it is today, and they ruled 5-4 along party lines to stop the recount. They had ruled 7-2 that the recount process was in violation of the constitution, but the republican hacks in the SCOTUS prevented a remedy by not allowing time to do a valid recount and in effect, stopping the recount and handing over the presidency to Bush.

the earths not flat? yikes.

Btw it's not how the scotus members GOT IN OFFICE IT'S HOW THEY VOTE and they vote mostly liberal. It does not matter who appointed them. OK?

Once again, the truth police needs to step in. Al Gore accomplished quite a bit in both the senate and as VP, but neocons aren’t exposed to those kinds of things because they don’t actually read the news. No, the “Drudge Report” is not a valid new source!

A few of Al Gore’s accomplishments: served as a journalist in Viet Nam, promoted legislation to promote the Internet (although he idiotically claimed he invented it), environmental protection, government fraud and waste reduction...

Once again, the only defense of Bush is an attack on a democrat. Al Gore wrote books. I'd be surprised if George W. Bush even reads books.

lol, notice that BenUser doesn't really cite anything, he just mentions issues. Must have been some memorable legislation that Gore took the strenuous step of voting 'aye' to. He was the first one ever on C-Span, though.

Have democrats learned how to read?
on Feb 16, 2006

The SCOTUS was composed of 5 republicans and 4 democrats in 2000,

Actually, you are wrong.  If you want to go by who appointed them (since none list a party affiliation), it is 6-3 Republicans.  If you want to go by how they usually vote, it was 4-2-3 Dems-Ind-Reps.  So since you probably were still in grammar school then, your recall or text book learning is flawed.

Clueless - That statement was about Kerry not Gore.  We know Gore invented the Internet!
