America has problems, but America is NOT THE PROBLEM!~

 5. If you bothered to read Darwin's theory, you would see it is all based on exactly that, theory, not fact .

4.If the Mention of GOD sends you into a fit of anger.

3.If you would rather believe that we are monkey people instead of GODS {people} inserted to please baker.

2.If you believe that all of life is based on some kind of "cosmic accident"

And the number one reason is, You refuse to even consider you "MIGHT" not have all the answers.

5. I acknowledge that it is a theory
4. haha...Nope, I believe in God...sometimes I get pissed at him, though
3. Umm...can't we be both?
2. No...the Big Bang is still a mystery to everyone...that's where I think God kicked everything off
1. Oh...I definately don't have all the answers...

Well, looks like I'm not hysterical...but I am still firmly convinced of evolution.

You cant be a hysterical evolutionist if you understand that a belief is not a concrete fact.  Just the best conclusion that fits the facts that you believe.

There is nothing in the bible that says that says evolution does not happen. Genesis says that the earth and animals were created in the same order that the theory of evolution suggests they were created in. It states that they were created in 7 days, but it also says that a day to God is like a thousand days to us, with a thousand just being an arbitrarily large number. There is no part in the theory of evolution that states that God did not create the heavens and the earth, it just gives a plausible explanation as to how he did it.

I believe that evolution and creationism work, together.

I believe:

God created the world, and evolution is either:

A) A natural process, needed for species to survive.

It is one of God's tools.

Simple, and what i believe.

I do not look at an accident creating the entire universe and the life on this planet as plausible.

Did martimus call it an accident? Did myrr pee in your wheaties? Why do you like to emulate the people who obviously get your goat? First a bizzaro SConn1 impression, now a bizzaro Myrrander.

it's called balance baker, balance.

The only way you can balance them is to be just as fringe, only in the opposite direction. Do you think being a caricature of a caricature really makes things better, or does it just give them examples to prove what they are saying?

look the thing with sconn1 was war... it was me being as mean and nasty as I know how to be. period.

this thing with Intelligent design and evolution is something I have written about before baker. I always come down on the side of I.D.

Why not both?

Why accepting that both work, together? Why does it HAVE to be one or the other?

Good one Modman!! Balance is good. But it's been mostly one sided around here lately...at least from my viewpoint.

you're actually talking two diff things here. “Day” with numerical adjectives in Hebrew always refers to a 24 hour period. That is the word used in the creation week. The thousand years you're talking about is found in Peter. That has nothing to do with creation and is talking about God being outside of time. God is not bound by time. It has nothing to do with the passage in Genesis.

 Funny that.

LOL. When I challenge you about God 'hardening' Pharaoh's heart, you quote from the New Testament. You do it almost all the time to make your little myths work out. You think how long a year is doesn't have anything to do with God and His relationship with time?

My, my, my, how you pick and choose, lol...

What facts do you have to dispute the theory?

4.If the Mention of GOD sends you into a fit of anger.

Why would anyone get angry at or about something that doesn't exist?

3.If you would rather believe that we are monkey people instead of GODS.

What's GOD like about the human condition?

2.If you believe that all of life is based on some kind of "cosmic accident"

In other words: to hold a belief in miracles?

And the number one reason is, You refuse to even consider you "MIGHT" not have all the answers.

Its Creationist dogma that would have us all believe everythings already been settled. Not having all the answers and therefore seeking them out is what separates ET from Creationist censure.

How deluded does one have to be to suggest the reverse?
