America has problems, but America is NOT THE PROBLEM!~

 Just a random question.

Who is the most ill? A person with no illness at all yet fakes it for sympathy? Such as I have Cancer and am dieing, but does not have it at all?

A person with a mental disease, or a person that fakes a mental disorder to be "special"

A person with a mental disease is ill.

A person without a mental disease and faking it is sick.

A person who fakes cancer etc - is mentally sick

Thats the way I see it.

anybody who fakes being sick for sympathy is a piece of shit in my book. I've known too many people who were really ill and dying who held their head up with dignity and fought. No, people who do that are beneath my contempt because in my mind they dishonor the REAL heroes.

I would lump the 2 together. A sick person can over do it, but in the end, they are sick.  A Munchausen by proxy (or self) person is sicker.

another intresting opinion.

I think the one faking is much more fucked up than the one with the real mental disease.

A person with a mental disease are sick/ill.
The faker may also be mentally ill.
The faker that is not mentally ill is despicable.

Anyone who is faking either a physical or mental illness is a scumbag, not worthy of any attention. People with mental illnesses can be as debilatated as those with physical illnesses. But fakers don't deserve any attention whatsoever.

Wouldn't faking a mental (or physical) illness kind of imply some sort of true mental illness?

I mean, it's not something normal people do.

I agree with others, though, I think it's cruel, twisted, and wrong to prey on the care and sympathies of others by conjuring up false events or illnesses.

I agree "if" the person is healthy mentally or physically and are faking it, they should be struck by the real disease they are faking. now that's justice.
